You may or may not have noticed on the left-hand column that we have been keeping tabs on Kenny George (along with Ivory) all season. Last night against North Carolina, the world was introduced to Mr. George, in a very big way.
While he may ultimately be remembered for getting posterized by Tyler Hansbrough(who looks like a freakin' point guard on the play) in the YouTube clip below, we were much bigger fans of watching Big Kenny's "fastbreak" dunk in the same game. It took approximately 37 seconds for Kenny to get down the floor, which was obviously a ploy to throw the high-speed Heels off their game. Sadly, that could not be found on YouTube.
With Kenny's new found fame, we have already named him to the inaugural All-STF Team. He, along with Ivory and Chief Kickingstallionsims will make up 3/5ths of that team. We are still looking for two more players to complete the lineup, preferably guards. If you have any suggestions , feel free to let us know at stormingthefloor@gmail.com. We are always looking for player's who beat the odds everyday by playing college basketball at it's highest level.

I believe Greg Paulus fits that description quite well.

High praise from me to Hansbrough for having the balls (and skills) to go for that dunk. Few other players in the nation would have risked looking like a fool, but Psycho T would rather go out swinging. I like that.
it's brutal watching that dude run the floor. I feel like I can get up, grab a beer, make a phone call, take a piss, then come back to the couch and he's just getting to the the top of the key.
His body language was really strange - head down, shambling around, glaring. At one point a Carolina player penetrated for a basket and Kenny actually ducked! Not exactly the reaction you want from a shot blocker.
By the way, if you want a guy who plays against all odds, that Japanese shooting guard I profiled earlier might fit the bill.
Eric Bell, Stephen F. Austin
5'2", averaging 6 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds.
