Ready For March Yet?

I'm usually not around for weekend post, but I couldn't wait after Saturday afternoon's fantastic batch of basketball games. If Saturday afternoon's games didn't put in the mood for March Madness, I don't know what to tell. In about an hour span, you saw #1 North Carolina stunned by a Maryland team that lost to Ohio and American at home, USC go crosstown and beat rival UCLA by shooting 61% against one of the defenses in America, Tennessee rally from a second half deficit to defeat Ohio State and Pittsburgh fall on the road to The Official 2008 Spoiler Cincinnati. With all four games finishing about 15 minutes apart, it was basically a January dry run for March. And if this week's upset trend continues trough March (15 of the Top 25 lost by Sunday morning) this year's tournament should eclipse last years' snoozefest by Thursday afternoon.
