The Big Ten
Michigan State (6): They are the clear favorites in this NCAA conference. With stud recruit power forward Delvon Roe expected to be healthy for the start of the year, and a talented bunch of other players the Spartans look great. They are good enough to make a run deep into the NCAA tournament and they have a very high ceiling.
Purdue (11): Purdue made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament last year. This year they could go much farther. The core of the team is intact and they are adding freshman point guard, Lewis Jackson, to the great backcourt they already have.
They have all the makings of a team that can run deeper into the NCAA tournament this year.
Wisconsin (25): They have a core of four guys (two guards and two centers) who can all play at an extremely high level in the NCAA. The real question is from there. They have seven sophomores with little play experience and five true freshmen. Making this team work as a cohesive unit and winning NCAA games is going to be a challenge. If they can figure it out, they have a great chance of being a really good team and making an impact in the NCAA basketball scene.
